Short version. No accounts, no cookies, no ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels. We never sell or share data. The only personal data we store is the GPS track you choose to share with Share my flight, and it deletes itself after 7 days.

share my flight

Sharing is off until you start it and your browser asks for location permission. Your phone keeps the points on the device while offline and uploads them when it reconnects. Anyone with your share link can see the track, rounded to about 10 metres. Stop sharing at any time from the share page; everything is deleted 7 days after the share was created. To delete it sooner, email aryanjarvis32@gmail.com with the share link.

"I'm on this flight" on the radar uses your location only inside your browser and never sends it to us.

aircraft data

Aircraft positions come from public ADS-B radio broadcasts collected by community receiver networks (see Credits). Registration and type come from public databases. Aircraft owners who want their aircraft hidden can email aryanjarvis32@gmail.com with the registration or hex code.

third parties your browser talks to

To draw the map and load the app, your browser fetches files directly from these services, which therefore see your IP address: OpenFreeMap (map tiles), Esri (satellite imagery in 3D), AWS open terrain tiles, EUMETSAT (clouds, via our server), adsbdb (route and airframe lookups, sends a flight number or aircraft code), Google Fonts, and the jsDelivr and cdnjs code libraries. We don't embed social widgets or ad networks.

your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent (stop sharing). Email aryanjarvis32@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. The service is not directed at children under 18; Share my flight should be started by an adult.
